Advanced Regional Economics
This is a doctoral-level course. I have taught this course for some 20 years, the last time in 2015. Since then one of my colleagues is teaching it. The emphasis of this course was on theory. I have updated it selectively, which makes the syllabus "a work in progress." You may find the many references to classics helpful.
